Key Responsibilities:
Media Buying:
– Assist in running ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive website sales.
– Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and provide optimization suggestions.
– Set up and learn to manage Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Social Media Management:
– Help create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Respond to messages, comments, and DMs on social platforms.
– Research social media trends and suggest content ideas.
Video Editing:
– Edit short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
– Proficiency in using CapCut or similar video editing software is preferred.
– Create visually appealing and audience-targeted content.
Customer Support:
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
– Assist with order-related questions, returns, and general inquiries.
Collaboration:
– Coordinate with the team to align marketing strategies and customer service efforts.
– Learn and adapt to the tools and processes used at Trustmart.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Experience: No prior experience is required (0-2 years welcome).
Skills:
– Basic understanding of social media platforms and video editing tools like CapCut or Canva.
– Strong communication skills in Bengali & English.
– Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Education: Fresh graduates or running students are encouraged to apply.
